Turner syndrome 2 case



Abstract
The term of Turner syndrome refers to those instances of gonadal dysgenesis associated with somatic anomalies such as sexual infantilism, webbing neck, cubitus valgus and others.
The authors have seen patients with gonadal dysgenesis with primary amenorrhea, and secondary arrenorrhea. Two patients revealed short stature and sexual infantilism, no pubic hair also, but cubitus valgus could not be seen in second, case and webbiiig¢¥neck and other combined anomalities could not be seen in two cases.
Chromosomal study diclosed to 4.5 XO sex chromosome pattern.
In first case, hormonal therapy could be cause hormonal change and withdrawl bleeding.
In second case laparotoniyand ovarian biopsy .revealed hypotropTiied uterus and streaky gonad. Ovarian biopsy result that total ovary was filled with fibrous stroma tissue without primodial follicle.
